ARC Projects was engaged in 2022 to renovate and extend a historic school, delivering an $8 million project on time and on budget by late 2023. The works included refurbishing the main building (Block B) and adding a vertical extension to the BER Building, providing modern learning spaces, staff facilities, therapy rooms, and a library.
Despite the complexities of working with a 150-year-old structure, ARC successfully revitalised the site while preserving its heritage—enhancing the school’s environment for both students and staff.
