Situated in St Lucia, the university boasts a distinctive glasshouse atop the CSIRO Building 80. The aftermath of the 2020 hailstorm necessitated a replacement of the glass roof, a task entrusted to ARC Projects. Over a hundred glass panels required replacement.
The job’s complexity was amplified by the roof’s height, the delicate nature of the glass, and the need to work in a live environment with the university remaining open. Despite this, the project was completed successfully in just two months, showcasing our team’s ability to overcome unique challenges with efficiency.
