In 2023 ARC project were called into to restore a sizeable warehouse ravaged by fire, presenting unique challenges exacerbated by being amongst a live environment and with a significant presence of both friable and non-friable asbestos.

Tackling this endeavor demanded meticulous attention to detail and specialized expertise to ensure the safe removal and remediation of the hazardous material whilst maintaining and operation warehouse.

The ARC project team navigated these complexities with precision and care, implementing stringent safety protocols and innovative techniques to address the issues effectively. Through diligent efforts and unwavering dedication, we successfully transformed the devastated warehouse into a safe and functional space once again, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in restoration projects of this nature.
