Build Clean Lead Green
Sustainable Choices.
Stronger Outcomes
Through Build Clean Lead Green (BCLG), we embed climate risk, resilience and environmental responsibility into every repair.
Supporting Sustainable Futures
Climate risk is already reshaping claims environments, asset durability and insurer disclosure requirements. ARC Projects integrates climate adaptation and mitigation directly into how we scope, assess and deliver repairs. Clear systems, visible accountability and resilience-led decision making ensure environmental impact and long-term performance are considered from first inspection through to final handover.
ARC Projects began by making repairs clearer and easier to manage when life doesn’t go to plan. That same discipline now shapes how we approach sustainability. Material selection, waste reduction and energy efficiency sit inside structured delivery, not layered on later. As climate conditions shift and extreme events increase, we assess how today’s repair decisions influence future risk exposure. Resilience is embedded into site protocols and quality checkpoints, strengthening durability in an increasingly unpredictable environment.
ARC Projects is built on strong systems, accountable governance and communication that keeps stakeholders aligned from inspection to handover. Climate awareness is embedded into operational checkpoints so sustainability decisions remain measurable and defensible. Documentation supports ESG reporting without slowing delivery. For insurers and asset owners, this means clearer oversight and stronger portfolio resilience. We align sustainability with performance, protecting long-term asset value while supporting communities facing increasing environmental pressure.

Our Framework
The Sustainability Framework For Every Project.
Sustainability informs how we lead, how we scope and how we deliver. Our framework aligns culture, commercial strength, environmental responsibility and resilience into one connected model, not separate initiatives competing for attention.

SETTING THE STANDARD FOR RESPONSIBLE REPAIR
If It's Not Measured Then It's Not Real.
Built For Climate Risk.
Designed For Resilience.
Sustainability leadership goes beyond meeting minimum standards. It requires systems that move ahead of them and performance that can be measured. Through Build Clean Lead Green pilot programs, ARC partners with insurers, industry specialists and research bodies to test new climate risk and sustainability methodologies in live repair environments with defined, trackable outcomes. We do not wait for regulation to define responsible delivery. We measure it, report it and help shape the standards guiding repair, resilience and climate disclosure.

BCLG Journey Timeline
From early intent to real impact, this timeline shows how BCLG turned ambition into action, driving change across the business and setting the pace for what’s next.
2022
In January 2022, sustainability became a priority for the business. By July 2022, early concepts for sustainability training were developed, laying the groundwork for future initiatives and broader organisational change.
2023
January 2023, the Build Clean Lead Green Sustainability Leadership Team was formed with voluntary representatives. A baseline survey followed in March, with the strategy launched in June with KPI tracking.
2023
In July 2023, the BCLG report was presented to SLT. By August, the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle project began, followed by Sustainability Week, reporting, training, and organisation-wide engagement through early 2024.
2024
In February 2024, a six-month strategy review was completed. From March to July, actions were co-developed with staff, alongside a follow-up survey in June and the inaugural Plant a Tree Day initiative.
2025
From February to May 2025, BCLG training was co-developed for staff and stakeholders. In July, industry training launched with an international conference highlighting BCLG action and broader impact.
2025
The Nerang ‘Green Space’ launched. This was followed by the pilot concept, a sustainable Victorian fit-out, Green Week and ABA100 awards recognising excellence across service delivery, business and sustainability.
2026
In January 2026, the BCLG Sustainability Pilot commenced. This was followed by the Scope 1 and 2 report release, Scope 3 methodology development, and the launch of the 25/26 strategy with 30 actions.
Accountable people guiding decisions. Responsible profit sustaining growth. Driven by a commitment to the planet that shapes every action.
From assessment to reinstatement, ARC Projects integrates sustainable supply chain decisions, waste minimisation strategies and efficient delivery methods into one coordinated framework. The result is measurable environmental impact reduction while maintaining compliance, safety and repair quality across complex insurance programs.
Sustainable Supply Chain Decisions
Material selection and supplier engagement consider environmental impact, durability and lifecycle performance. Responsible sourcing is embedded into everyday repair decisions rather than treated as an afterthought.
Waste Reduction In Practice
Structured waste management processes minimise landfill contribution and promote reuse where appropriate. Repairs are planned to reduce unnecessary material loss while maintaining safety, compliance and workmanship standards.
Energy Efficient Repair Methods
Energy-conscious repair approaches and efficient delivery sequencing reduce resource intensity without compromising quality. Sustainability strengthens operational performance rather than slowing project momentum.
Climate Risk Awareness
Climate and environmental risk considerations are integrated into assessment and planning stages so repairs improve resilience and support long-term property performance in changing conditions.
