This site is designed for ARC Projects subcontractors and trades. It is here to help you easily navigate our WHS systems, ARC induction process, and key policies and procedures. To get started, please follow the steps below.

Step One

Submit

An ARC Compliance Manager may contact you during this step.

Submit your contact details via the Loop link provided.

If this has not been provided contact the Project Manager or Compliance Team

It is likely if you are viewing this website, you have already completed this step

Step two

Induction

Watch the site safety video

Review our policies, procedures and GICOP.

Download and complete your induction certificate after completing the induction.

Step Three

Read and Sign

Read, download and sign the subcontractor agreement, include this signed agreement in step 4.

Step Four

Prepare and Upload

An ARC Compliance Manager may contact you during this step

Prepare your required documentation, including insurances and licences (the onboarding email outlines what will be needed).

Upload all documentation through the Loop link provided in your email.

Our team will verify your compliance.

Step Five

Welcome

Once approved, you are fully onboarded and ready to receive work

Works will be issued to you via a PO (Purchase Order) issued by the Project Manager

Documentation That Guides Every Project We Deliver.

Below you will find access to our forms, policies, and procedures. Please ensure you download and retain these documents alongside your own SWMS and WHS systems.

You are required to carry your White Card or relevant state-specific construction induction card at all times while on any ARC Projects site.

You may not carry out any high risk works on ARC Projects sites unless you have provided signed SWMS and hold all relevant licences and insurances. Where required and substances/chemicals are on site, an up to date SDS must be available.

If you are injured or there is a near miss on site you must contact the job project manager immediately.

Who are ARC Projects

ARC Projects is a licensed insurance builder. Your insurer has chosen us to carry out different types of work such as Make Safes, Estimates, Restoration, and Repairs.

We are a family-owned company and are trusted to manage and finish your repairs on behalf of your insurer.

ARC Projects uses a system called LOOP Logics to help manage repairs and share updates. Sometimes you may get text messages from this system. These messages are part of how we keep you updated and informed during the process.

Sometimes when our Head Office calls you, your phone may show the call as coming from Queensland. This is because of the phone system we use.

Do not worry, it is just one of our friendly team members calling about your repair. ARC Projects has offices across Australia and New Zealand.
