The Project
Sanctuary is a distinctive commercial development located in the heart of Southport, designed to offer a refined and sophisticated environment for businesses seeking a premium address. The project combines bold architectural form with carefully curated interior spaces to deliver a workplace experience that feels both modern and luxurious. The development features striking architectural elements including living green walls that extend vertically across the building’s façade, creating a seamless integration between nature and modern construction. Complementing this is a series of cantilevered structural elements and elegant arched windows that give the building a unique identity within the urban landscape.
Project Challenges
Delivering a project of this architectural ambition within a busy urban environment presented several construction challenges. The site sits adjacent to Olsen Avenue, one of the area’s major road corridors, requiring careful planning and coordination to maintain safety, accessibility and construction efficiency throughout the build The project also incorporated semi-subterranean construction works, adding complexity to the structural delivery and site logistics. We focused on planning, strong engineering collaboration and precise project management to ensure progress remained on schedule.
