Keeping Insureds Informed: Introducing the ARC Customer Portal
Bella James | September 2026
When you make an insurance claim, the process can feel unfamiliar and, at times, overwhelming. There are assessments, appointments, reports, approvals and repairs to navigate, often while you are already dealing with unexpected damage to your home or property. At ARC Projects, we believe insureds should never feel like they are left wondering what happens next.
That is why we have introduced the ARC Customer Portal, the first stage in our ongoing approach to providing greater support, visibility and communication throughout the insurance repair journey.
Putting the insured at the centre
Our role is not simply to repair a property. It is to support people through what can be a stressful period and make the process as clear and manageable as possible.
The Customer Portal has been designed to give insureds a central place to access important information about their claim, understand where their project is up to and see what comes next.
It works alongside our people, rather than replacing them.
Our Claims Manager team remains an important part of the customer journey, providing personal support, answering questions and helping insureds navigate the process. The portal provides another layer of communication and visibility, giving customers access to information when they need it.
One place to understand the journey
An insurance repair can involve multiple stages, from the initial claim and makesafe through to restoration, estimating, specialist reports, approval and repair.
The ARC Customer Portal helps bring these stages together in a way that is easier to understand.
Customers can use the portal to access updates, timelines and key information relating to their repair, helping provide a clearer picture of where things are at and what is likely to happen next.
It is about reducing uncertainty and making communication easier.
Technology supported by people
Digital tools are valuable, but technology alone does not create a better customer experience.
At ARC, we believe the best approach combines technology with experienced people who understand insurance repairs and the impact they can have on customers.
Our Claims Manager team plays an important role in that.
They work alongside our broader project teams to help keep communication moving throughout the claim. As a repair progresses, different ARC team members may become involved, including Claims Administrators, Estimators, Project Managers, restoration teams and specialist contractors.
The Customer Portal provides a consistent digital touchpoint alongside those personal interactions.
The first stage of a bigger focus on customer support
The launch of the Customer Portal is just the beginning.
As ARC continues to develop its systems and processes, our focus is on finding better ways to keep insureds informed, improve transparency and make the repair experience easier to navigate.
That means looking at how our people, processes and technology work together, rather than treating them as separate parts of the customer journey.
For insurers, this also means greater visibility and a more structured approach to communication. For insureds, it means having clearer information and support throughout the repair process.
By Your side when it matters most
An insurance claim is something most people never expect to need. When it happens, the last thing an insured needs is more uncertainty.
Our goal is simple: to make the repair journey feel more organised, more transparent and more supported.
The ARC Customer Portal is one step towards that.
